Kris McGee & Jason Graham’s partnership began in the fall of 2017, with a vision of building a team of like-minded top producing Commercial and Residential agents and brokers focused on giving our clients more.

Having each done well over 1,000 transactions, Jason and Kris bring over 51 years of experience in finance, syndication, acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, evaluations, development, and redevelopment in vacant land, office, industrial, retail, multi-family, farm and ranch, mixed-use, specialty, and residential real estate assets.

Jason and Kris, both founded and grew highly successful independent brokerages. Jason in the Temecula Valley in California and Kris in Steamboat Springs and Denver, Colorado. Most recently they headed the Unique Properties Division for Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty in Menifee, CA. Unique Properties Division handled all of the commercial transactions for CBABR with the 400+ residential real estate agents as their referral partners in the 3 offices. They are actively working on projects across the United States and were number 7 in the nation, in production, for eXp Commercial in 2023.

Kris McGee is a lifelong entrepreneur and a seasoned commercial real estate broker with a 30-year track record of success in investment land sales, land development, multi-family, mixed-use projects, mobile home parks, RV parks, self-storage investments, and more. Kris is also an active real estate investor and has acquired, developed and managed properties in just about every asset class. He is passionate about using his expertise to help clients and investors achieve their goals.

Kris loves what he does and strives to live his life to be of service to others and add value every day. Being a commercial real estate advisor for the last 30 years has given him the platform to do just that.

With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Jason is an advocate for his clientele, and works tirelessly to promote their best interests. If his client is to sell, he works to get the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology and team collaboration. If his client is to purchase, he works efficiently to provide the best information and market data to inform and assist in making the best decision. Throughout Jason’s career, he has demonstrated creative techniques that establish the strongest possible negotiating position and best conceivable outcome. Jason is full-time in real estate and has a thorough background in Commercial Real-Estate & Commercial Finance. Early in Jason’s career, he had a highly successful tenure at Financial Federal Credit (a Fortune 50 Company) where he managed many asset classes as a Commercial Finance territory Manager. After several successful years in Commercial Finance, Jason found his passion in Real Estate. He Co-Founded and ran Better Property Solutions, a full-service Real Estate company.
